The Nature of Unique Pieces
Each piece in our collection is handcrafted and entirely unique. Because these items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer exact replacements or exchanges for the same design. We encourage you to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Sizing & Fit
We understand that finding the perfect fit can be challenging. While we strive for maximum accuracy using professional sizing tools, handcrafted jewelry may have slight variations.
. Detailed Measurements: Please refer to the specific millimeter (mm) or inner diameter measurements listed on each product page.
. Sizing Assistance: If you are unsure about your size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to be measured or contacting us for a sizing guide before completing your purchase.
. Resizing: Because our pieces are fine silver and often feature unique settings, resizing may not always be possible. If a piece does not fit, please see our return terms below.
A Note on Finding Your Fit" Because each of our pieces is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation, we want to ensure it’s a perfect match before it leaves the studio. If you are between sizes or unsure about the fit of a specific piece, please contact us before completing your purchase. We are happy to provide additional photos, specific diameter measurements, or advice on how a particular band or setting wears. A quick conversation helps ensure your new jewelry is exactly what you hoped for!
Return Conditions
If your unique piece isn't the right match for you, we accept returns under the following conditions:
. Notification: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
. Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and in the original packaging.
. Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned. Custom-commissioned pieces are also non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email hello@studioag.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
