Processing Times

As each piece is unique and already crafted, we typically ship orders within 3-5 business days. This allows us time to give your jewelry a final polish and ensure it is packaged securely for transit.

Domestic & International Shipping

. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

. International: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–21 days). Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined based on your location, the weight of the package, and the level of service selected.

. Real-Time Accuracy: We use live carrier rates to ensure you are paying the exact cost of shipping your unique piece safely to your door.

. International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. studioAG is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping Protection & Tracking

Because our pieces are irreplaceable, all orders include tracking.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Secure Packaging

To protect your investment, all jewelry is shipped in a reinforced, discreet box to prevent damage and minimize the risk of theft. We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone will be available to receive the package.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@studioag.shop within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can resolve the issue with the carrier and assist you immediately.
